Online Legal Consultation

Get legal advice by video call from wherever you are, without travelling to our office in Bursa.

How it works

An online consultation follows four steps, with the same care and confidentiality as a meeting at our office.

  1. Request

Send us a short email or WhatsApp message describing your matter. You may attach any relevant documents.

  2. Preliminary review

We review your request and check for any conflict of interest, then tell you the scope and fee of the consultation.

  3. Payment and appointment

Payment is made before the consultation. Once it is received, we send you the date, time and meeting link.

  4. Video call

The consultation takes place at the agreed time on the platform you choose. Where needed, we explain the next steps.

Before your consultation

What we take care of to make the consultation productive and to protect your legal position.

Preparation

Send documents such as contracts, notifications, decisions and correspondence as PDF files before the call, and note down your questions.

Confidentiality

Consultations are not recorded. The attorney’s duty of professional secrecy applies to online consultations in the same way. See our Privacy Policy.

Power of attorney

An online consultation is for advice. To represent you in proceedings or transactions, a notarised power of attorney is required; from abroad it can be issued at a Turkish consulate or with an apostille.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions we are most often asked about online consultations.

Is an online consultation different from a meeting at the office?

There is no difference in the legal assessment, care or confidentiality. The only difference is that documents are shared electronically before the call.

Can I have a consultation from abroad?

Yes. Consultations can be held in English or Turkish, and the appointment time is set with the time difference in your country in mind.

How long does a consultation take?

It depends on the matter. The scope and duration are confirmed in the preliminary review.

How do I pay?

The fee depends on the scope of the consultation and cannot be lower than the Turkish Bar’s minimum fee tariff. The fee and payment details are sent with the preliminary review; the consultation takes place after payment is completed, and a receipt is issued.

Does sending a request create an attorney–client relationship?

No. Sending a request does not by itself create an attorney–client relationship, so we recommend sharing confidential information only after the preliminary review.

What happens after the consultation?

If needed, we explain the next steps, the documents required and whether a power of attorney is needed. Representation in proceedings or transactions is agreed separately.
