Neka Legal Attorneys at Law was founded by Attorney Kaan Kaplan.
Since its foundation, the firm has operated as a law firm that blends the universal principles of law with local dynamics: based in Bursa, yet serving clients throughout Türkiye.
Our approach goes beyond representing clients in court once a dispute has arisen. Together with our team of advisers, which includes former judges and academics, we aim to be a strategic partner that anticipates and manages the legal risks in our clients’ commercial and personal lives and, wherever possible, resolves them before they turn into disputes. Which cities do you serve?
Although our firm is based in Bursa, we provide litigation and legal advisory services in all provinces of Türkiye.
How are fees determined?
Our fees depend on the nature and scope of the matter. At the first meeting, we transparently share the estimated cost of the process. Our firm does not offer fees below the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff (Avukatlık Asgari Ücret Tarifesi).
How long does it take to resolve a dispute?
The duration of proceedings varies with the court’s workload, the complexity of the matter and the other party’s stance. At the initial assessment, we give you an estimated timeline.
